Return & Refund Policy

At ROOH STORY, every product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of fragrance and wellness products, we request you to read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received an incorrect product

The product was missing from your order

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear images/videos of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In certain cases, we may offer:

Replacement of the product

Store credit

Partial refund

depending on the nature of the concern.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Products purchased during special sale or promotional events

Gift cards or complimentary items

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please avoid using the product and contact us immediately with supporting images. We will do our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Time

After approval, refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
